Trailer Rentals Maximum Capacity 6 Persons - No Pets Allowed

Sea Grove provides a home away from home with our spacious and luxurious 12'x36' park model trailers. All of our trailers feature spacious living rooms complete with air conditioning, heating, a 19" color TV with cable hook-up, a relaxing chair, a hide-away sofa bed and a screen room.

There are two bedrooms in each of our trailers. One bedroom consists of a double bed and the other room consists of a double bed or bunk beds.

(2 adults /2 children under 18)

WEEKLY RENTAL:

Units are rented from Saturday to Saturday during July and August (weekly only).

DEPOSIT:

A 50% deposit is required on all reservations.
Reservations will be cancelled if no deposit is received within two weeks of your confirmation.

CLEANING & SECURITY DEPOSIT:

At the time of your arrival, we require a $100.00 cleaning and security deposit for the trailer. This deposit will be refunded after the trailer has been inspected before your departure. All trailers must be left clean and in good condition. Otherwise, deposit is not refunded. No checks will be accepted for a security deposit.

MEMORIAL DAY & LABOR DAY:

Reservations accepted for a minimum of 3 nights $130.00 + tax per night).

OFF SEASON:

Units rented for a minimum of 2 nights, $80.00 + tax per night.

CANCELLATION:

No refund will be made without a 30 day prior notice to your reservation. There is a $10.00 handling charge on all cancellations.

AMENITIES:

Full bathroom with toilet and shower, oven, stove, A/C, heater, 19" cable TV, house size refrigerator, kitchen, dishes, flatware, pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, charcoal BBQ grill, picnic table, fire ring, Sea Isle City beach tags (replacement fee if not returned) and screen room. You will want to bring bed linens, towels, pillows, blankets and toiletries.
